Please register at -*** [https://calendly.com/healoneworld/community-reiki-w-jacqueline](https://calendly.com/healoneworld/community-reiki-w-jacqueline) *If you are having difficulty registering, email [admin@healoneworld.org](mailto:admin@healoneworld.org)*. **Class description:** Come in for gentle, non-invasive healing in this 20-minute, lunch-hour Reiki session. I was initiated into Mrs. Takata-style Reiki by New York-based Reiki Master Pamela Miles. Reiki is a form of vibrational medicine - it comes through me as the practitioner, but I donât direct it. It is deeply relaxing, very similar to a spa-like meditation experience. While you can expect me to hold your head, face and throat area at the beginning, I will hold my hands just above your body for all the other placements. For maximum relaxation you can lie on your back, but if you prefer, you can sit upright in a chair instead. **Teacher Bio:** Jacqueline Delibes is a HeartMath Certified Coach, artist, Reiki healer and healthcare writer for an academic medical center. Her work is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and offered with gratitude and sincerity. *Heal One World is a nonprofit dedicated to providingholistic preventative healthcare services and low or no costâno one is turnedaway due to lack of funds. *Heal One World is a nonprofit dedicated to providing holistic preventative healthcare services and low or no-costâno one is turned away due to lack of funds.
