Join me for a restorative yoga flow. Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each pose is fully supported so the body can release tension without effort. Postures are held for extended periods, allowing the nervous system to slow down and shift into a state of rest and restoration. Don't miss out on some much needed zen. Heal One World is a nonprofit dedicated to providing holistic preventative healthcare services and low or no cost- no one is turned away due to lack of funds. If you’d like to contribute to our mission and help us continue to provide services, you may choose to donate any amount on PayPal (no account necessary).
