**Flutter Berlin Meetup — we're back! 🎉** We're back with a new meetup, and this time **Here Technologies** is hosting us — huge thanks for the venue! Two talks on the lineup, covering two very different but equally hot corners of Flutter: automotive navigation and on-device AI. 🕕 **Starts at 6:00 PM** 📍 **Here Technologies office, Berlin** *** **🚗 Talk 1 — Itai Shalom** *Lead Software Engineer @ Here Technologies* **Building a Navigation App in Flutter: Map Rendering on Android & Android Auto** How do you build a full navigation app in Flutter — with the map rendered on Android and running on Android Auto? Itai dives into how the Here team leverages Flutter for this and what makes their app unique. *** **🤖 Talk 2 — Ioannis Gerardis** *Software Engineer · Flutter Dev · AI Dev* **A Flutter App Powered by Local AI: From Synthetic Data (n8n) to Apple Silicon Fine-Tuning (MLX, Gemma)** On-device AI for emergencies. The full journey — from generating synthetic data with n8n to LoRA fine-tuning on Apple Silicon. Stack: **Gemma 4 E2B · MLX · n8n Synthetic Data · LoRA Adapters**. If you're curious about running and fine-tuning models right on the device, this one's for you. *** Expect plenty of technical depth, good conversation, and of course some networking. Come hang out! 🍕 See you there, *Flutter Berlin Community*

Tue, Jun 9, 4:30 PM
From Java Usergroup Berlin-Brandenburg
4.5

**Simon Martinelli** Simon Martinelli is a Java Champion, Vaadin Champion, and Oracle ACE Pro with over three decades of experience as a software architect, developer, consultant, and trainer. He is the creator of the AI Unified Process (AIUP) and a strong advocate of Spec-Driven Development. As the owner of Martinelli LLC, he coaches teams to get up to speed with AI-driven development. He regularly shares his insights through international conferences, articles, and his blog, Keep IT Simple (https://martinelli.ch), where he writes about AI, architecture, and modern Java development. He is also a lecturer at two universities in Switzerland, where he teaches software architecture, persistence, DevOps, and cloud-native development.

Pelvic Floor Reset – Workshop for Women

Pelvic Floor Reset – Workshop for Women

Sun, May 31, 2:15 PM
From Outdoor Fitness & Stretching Berlin

If you feel disconnected from your body, experience tension, or deal with symptoms that no one really explains — this workshop is for you. This session is designed ***for women*** who: – experience pain or discomfort during intimacy – notice leakage when coughing, sneezing, or exercising – feel tightness in the chest, hips, or lower body – struggle to feel or activate their core and pelvic floor – feel constant tension and don’t know how to release it These are more common than you think — and they’re not something you just have to live with. **What we will do:** This is not a typical workout. We will use slow, mindful techniques to reconnect you with your body and rebuild that lost connection step by step. During the workshop, you will: – learn how to breathe properly and understand where your breath should go – work on rib mobility and learn how to “close the ribs” and support your core – reconnect your breath with your pelvic floor – explore how to feel your pelvic floor in movement – learn how to relax, stretch, and also gently activate these muscles – use simple self-massage techniques to release deep tension in the body The goal is not to push harder — but to feel more. **What to expect:** – a safe, supportive, women-only environment – a small group (max 12 participants) – clear explanations (you will understand what you’re doing and why) – a calm, slow-paced session focused on awareness and real change No prior experience needed. **Practical details:** – Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and relax freely – Duration: 75 minutes (16:30 – 17:45) – The workshop is led by a professional former ballerina and fitness coach with over 8 years of experience [paleyfit](https://www.instagram.com/paleyfit/) The event take place in the yoga studio Mindful Life Berlin, Gleimstrasse 19, 10437
