Sat, Jul 18, 5:30 AM🗣️ English below, español y català. 🏞 **Conviértete en viajer@** en tu región. 👉 **Conócenos** en Instagram: [emili.sensoriart](https://www.instagram.com/emili.sensoriart) **OBJETIVO** ✨ Disfruta una **experiencia estimulante** de 2 días donde cuerpo, mente y creatividad se **conectan con la naturaleza** y con el grupo a través de **senderismo, arte (fotografía, dibujo, acuarela)**, bienestar (masaje)**,** cultura, historia y **presencia consciente.** 🧚 Nos adentraremos en un lugar de cuento de hadas **poco conocido y poco turistizado** a tan solo 2h de Barcelona: el Valle del Lord (of the Rings). 🦅 Entre riscos vertiginosos, bosques profundos y aguas turquesa escondidas entre montañas, este valle se alza como uno de los rincones más mágicos y desconocidos del prepirineo Solsonès. ⛰️ Historia y naturaleza se dan la mano en este rincón mágico. Haremos un tramo del **Camí de Sant Jaume** (Camino de Santiago) hasta el Santuario del Lord y recorreremos desde sus altas montañas hasta los saltos de agua que son el nacimiento del río con rutas de **nivel** **medio**-fácil (15 km., 500m. desnivel). 💦 Como recompensa un día nos daremos un baño en la playa del **precioso e impresionante embalse** y otro en la cascada de los 12 chorros. En la primera haremos taller de intercambio de masaje. 📖 Te contaré las **historias** del lugar, su fauna, flora y patrimonio. 📸 Te enseñaré a **mejorar técnica y conceptualmente** **tus fotografías y vídeos** con la cámara del móvil o una externa. 👩🎨 Aprende de cero o **mejora** **tu dibujo y pintura** con acuarela. Cuida tu cuerpo y el de l@s tuy@s. 🚶♂️🚶♀️ Conoce **futur@s amig@s** con tus mismas pasiones. **LUGAR: EL VALLE DEL LORD** ⛰️ Entre paredes de conglomerado, miradores infinitos, bosques frondosos y su espectacular embalse, este valle es uno de esos lugares que sorprenden por sentirse mucho más salvajes y remotos de lo que realmente están, mezclando la épica del Prepirineo con paisajes que parecen sacados de una película de fantasía. 💧 Coronado por el **macizo del Port del Compte** y con el imponente embalse de La Llosa del Cavall en su corazón, este territorio mezcla paisajes de ensueño, caminos históricos y cascadas escondidas con vistas panorámicas que alcanzan desde Montserrat y el Barcelonès hasta la mitad de los Pirineos. 💦 La zona alberga también les **Fonts del Cardener:** el nacimiento del río Cardener donde el agua brota directamente de entre las rocas formando unas cascadas preciosas. Saliendo del valle está la cascada de los 12 chorros. **EL HOTEL** 🔹 Dormiremos en un bonito y rústico hotel con un **8** de nota en Booking y **4'3** en Maps en **Sant Llorenç de Morunys**. 🔹 Tenemos habitaciones de 2 y 3 personas con baño privado, mantas, sábanas, jabón, champú y secador de pelo. **EL PUEBLO: SANT LLORENÇ DE MORUNYS** Auténtica villa medieval amurallada conocida como la "Vila Closa". Atravesar sus antiguos portales empedrados y callejear por su trazado pentagonal es viajar en el tiempo. Ante la duda.. tráelos! Plegados ocupan poco y ayudan mucho. Dime con tiempo y te los alquilo si no tienes. 🔹 **Dos mochilas:** la de la ruta y la que se queda en el coche con lo de la noche y el día siguiente. Quizá una mochila puede ir dentro de la otra, tenemos que ir ya con todo bien separado. 🔹 Mínimo dos litros de agua y comida de picnic para media mañana, mediodía y tarde del sábado. El agua para el domingo la rellenamos en el hotel y la comida del domingo la compramos donde desayunamos a no ser que prefiramos llevarla también de casa. Termo con agua fría muy recomendable o poner la cantimplora sin llenar del todo en el congelador la noche antes. 🔹 Manga corta, ropa por capas y **protección para el sol** (gafas, gorra y crema). Chubasquero por el porsi. 🔹 Muy recomendable toalla y ropa de baño. 🔹 Ropa de gala o con un **toque especial** para la cena del sábado. 🔹 Cámara fotográfica, la del móvil vale, con la batería al máximo, su cargador y batería externa recomendable. 🔹 Cuaderno de artista y materiales de dibujo y/o pintura. Te asesoro o te lo alquilo si no tienes. 🔹 Opcional traer tu aceite o crema (carité, fisiocrem, fisiorelax..) para el masaje o automasaje. 🔹 Muda de ropa de dormir y muda (conjunto de ropa y ropa interior) para el segundo día por si he sudado o se ha mojado la del primero. We will walk a section of the Camí de Sant Jaume (Way of St. James) to the Sanctuary of Lord and explore everything from high mountains to the waterfalls that form the river's source, following medium-easy routes (15 km, 500m elevation gain). 💦 As a reward, one day we will swim at the beach of the stunning reservoir, and another at the "12 chorros" (12 streams) waterfall. At the former, we will hold a massage exchange workshop. 📖 I will share the local stories, fauna, flora, and heritage. 📸 I’ll teach you to improve your photos and videos technically and conceptually, whether using a mobile or external camera. 👩🎨 Learn from scratch or improve your drawing and watercolor painting. Take care of your body and those of your loved ones. 🚶♂️🚶♀️ Meet future friends who share your passions. ### LOCATION: THE LORD VALLEY ⛰️ Amidst conglomerate walls, infinite viewpoints, lush forests, and its spectacular reservoir, this valley is one of those places that surprises by feeling much wilder and more remote than it actually is, blending the epic feel of the Pre-Pyrenees with landscapes straight out of a fantasy movie. 💧 Crowned by the Port del Compte massif and featuring the imposing La Llosa del Cavall reservoir at its heart, this territory mixes dreamlike landscapes, historical paths, and hidden waterfalls with panoramic views stretching from Montserrat to the Pyrenees. 💦 The area also hosts the "Fonts del Cardener": the source of the Cardener River where water gushes directly from the rocks, forming beautiful cascades. Just outside the valley lies the "12 chorros" waterfall. ### THE HOTEL 🔹 We will stay in a beautiful, rustic hotel with an 8.0 rating on Booking and 4.3 on Maps in Sant Llorenç de Morunys. 🔹 Rooms for 2 or 3 people with private bathroom, blankets, sheets, soap, shampoo, and hairdryer. ### THE VILLAGE: SANT LLORENÇ DE MORUNYS An authentic walled medieval town known as the "Vila Closa." Crossing its ancient stone gateways and wandering its pentagonal layout is like traveling back in time.
