### What to Expect at Our First Pass It On Meeting Welcome to the **very first gathering of Pass It On Christian Business Fellowship**. This is the beginning of something new, and we’re excited to have you at the table as we begin building this fellowship together. Our vision is to create a trusted community of Christian business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals who can **grow in faith, sharpen one another in business, and genuinely help each other succeed.** Because this is our **first meeting**, the evening will be relaxed and focused on getting to know one another. We’ll share the vision behind Pass It On, open with prayer and Scripture, introduce ourselves and our businesses, discuss some of the challenges and opportunities we are facing, and begin discovering ways we can help one another through **advice, mentorship, referrals, introductions, resources, and prayer**. We’ll also introduce our **“Iron Sharpens Iron”** principle: creating a place where we can have honest conversations, learn from one another’s experiences, and become stronger Christian leaders and businesspeople together. **Snacks and refreshments will be provided.** Bring your business cards, but more importantly, bring your experience, your ideas, and a willingness to build genuine relationships. There is **no pressure to sell**. Since this is our first gathering, we also want your ideas and feedback as we shape what Pass It On will become. In-person Crafting and Happy Hour

You asked, and we provided! Meet with the group in-person at the food court at Brookfield Place Mall aka World Financial Center at 230 Vesey Street. The host Ivy will make a sign so participants can find the group. Come grab a drink, yarn, and some food! We are primarily a knitting/crocheting/fibre arts group, but any and all crafters are welcome to join, as well as anyone looking to learn how to knit/crochet! 🧶 This meetup is in addition to the online meetup we will continue to provide. :)

An Intro to Soldering

Welcome to our soldering basics class! This class is for beginners and designed to teach you a few important fundamentals on soldering, an essential skill for anyone interested in electronics or DIY projects. We’ll go over solder types, soldering temperatures, and basic through hole component soldering. You’ll learn techniques and tips on how to properly flow solder into a joint, and how to inspect it to ensure you have a good connection. All of this will be taught on a custom circuit board designed for practicing a variety of different circumstances and techniques, which is yours to take home after the class. No experience is necessary, and all equipment and tools will be provided for you to use during the class. The class will run around 1.5-2 hours.

**Join us for our next Knit+Wine Night on Sunday, October 11, 2026 from 5-7:00pm.** **Please note that** **space is limited to 15 people.** **For those of you who are new to Knit+Wine Night, this is an informal community event for knitters (& other crafters and textile enthusiasts) to come together to work on their own projects and enjoy the company of other makers. All types of knitters, crocheters, and fiber crafters are welcome!** \*\***This is \**not\* a class.*** **The cafe has a focused menu of beverages, including tea, coffee, beer, wine, and cocktails, and a small selection of pastries.** **Please note you must make a purchase in order to enter the cafe. On Wednesday, October 14th let’s crochet together! 🧶 Details below: 6:30 to 8pm Location TBD (will announce by September 30th) Take a break from your phone, slow down, and connect through the simple joy of creating with your hands. All levels are welcome! Never crocheted before? I’ll teach you from the very beginning and guide you step by step. Already know how to crochet? Bring your favorite pattern or project, and I’ll help guide you through it. Or simply come as you are—no pressure, no expectations. Just crochet, conversation, and a peaceful moment to be present and connect with others through crafts. What to bring: Please bring your own crochet supplies if you have them. I’ll have some yarn and crochet hooks available for you to use, but it’s always best to bring a yarn you love and enjoy working with. Any yarn, any brand, any color! A small pair of scissors is also recommended. No experience needed. Just bring yourself and a willingness to create. 🧶✨ Of course, please reach out if you have any questions!
