From At a Crossroads? Let's Talk About It

**Morning Walk & Talk (Manly) — for professionals & entrepreneurs figuring out what's next, one step at a time** A free morning walk for professionals and entrepreneurs who are figuring out what's next. If you're at a bit of a crossroads, between roles, rethinking the work, weighing up a change this is a low-key hour by the water with a few others in the same boat. We meet at the flags on Manly Beach (diagonal to the Steyne Hotel), walk to Shelly Beach and back (about an hour, easy pace), and talk as much or as little as you like. Come as you are talkers and walkers both welcome. Grab a coffee after if you fancy it. **A few things it's *not*:** Not a networking thing, not a support group, not coaching. Just a walk and honest conversation with people navigating similar in-between moments. Small on purpose — capped at 12. Hosted by Juan, who's figuring things out himself. **When:** Tuesday 14 July, 9:30am **Where:** At the flags on Manly Beach, diagonal to the Steyne Hotel **Bring:** comfortable shoes and water. Any wet weather call goes up here the morning of. **Updates:** I'll share any event updates through Meetup, so keep your notifications on 😃. **Weather:** if it looks iffy, I'll post the go/no-go here by 7:30am the morning of the event so you'll get a Meetup notification, so no one turns up to a washout.

The Life You Built. What's Next? an intimate dinner for people in reinvention

The Life You Built. What's Next? an intimate dinner for people in reinvention

Mon, Aug 31, 8:30 AM
From At a Crossroads? Let's Talk About It

🎟️ This is a ticketed event. Tickets are $110 (includes a welcome drink & dinner) and are purchased on Humanitix **an RSVP on Meetup does not reserve your seat.** Book your spot here → [https://events.humanitix.com/the-life-you-built-what-s-next-an-intimate-dinner-for-people-in-reinvention](https://events.humanitix.com/the-life-you-built-what-s-next-an-intimate-dinner-for-people-in-reinvention) We're seeing a shift: in culture, in trust, in work, even in how we relate to time. This is an intimate gathering for a small group of people who feel a little disconnected from their current chapter. Maybe it's work. Maybe it's the sheer volume of change these last couple of years. Perhaps it's a quieter sense of lost purpose, or lost continuity and the feeling of starting to wonder what's next. This is an evening to share where we are: how we got here. Talk about that we may not know where to go next. A friendly conversation about that space in the middle. You feel like something's shifting. A sense that what you built isn't quite what fits anymore, and you're starting to wonder what's next. This is a dinner for that feeling, that moment in life. Ten to fifteen people around one table, a warm room, and an honest conversation about the in-between: where you've been, what's changed, and what might be calling now. No stage, no expert, no fixing. Just real talk between people quietly navigating the same thing. **What we'll explore:** * What still feels true about the life you've built, and what's started to feel inherited or not something you want to keep doing. * What you might design differently, starting from who you are now **Who this is for:** * Professionals who feel that what they've built no longer quite fits * People sensing a quiet identity shift, curious about what's next * Anyone in the "I did all the things I was supposed to do, but something doesn't feel right" middle **What to expect:** * An intimate dinner: 10 to 15 people around one table * A welcome drink on arrival, dinner, and a guided, honest conversation * Safe, confidential, judgment-free: share what you want, or just listen * A chance to find connection with like-minded people and be part of a community of people wanting to reinvent themselves **What this is NOT:** * Therapy, crisis support, or coaching * A networking event * A pre-set framework, or a quick fix * A sales pitch 👉 Reminder: RSVP-ing on Meetup doesn't hold a seat. This is a ticketed dinner, secure your place ($110, includes welcome drink & dinner) on Humanitix: [https://events.humanitix.com/the-life-you-built-what-s-next-an-intimate-dinner-for-people-in-reinvention](https://events.humanitix.com/the-life-you-built-what-s-next-an-intimate-dinner-for-people-in-reinvention)

Adaptive Leadership in an AI World: Embracing Chaos

Adaptive Leadership in an AI World: Embracing Chaos

Sat, Jul 11, 6:00 AM
From Transformational Leaders Collective
4.5

**What if your greatest leadership advantage wasn't having all the answers...but knowing how to respond when no one does?** Today's leaders face constant disruption. Artificial intelligence is reshaping industries. Markets shift overnight. Teams evolve. Plans rarely unfold exactly as expected. The leaders who thrive aren't those with the perfect strategy—they're the ones who can adapt, collaborate and create possibilities in the moment. Inspired by the principles of improvisational theatre, this highly interactive experience is designed to strengthen one of the most essential leadership capabilities of our time: the ability to respond with confidence, creativity and resilience when the script disappears. Through a series of engaging warm-up activities, team challenges and experiential exercises, you'll develop the mindset and skills to embrace uncertainty rather than resist it. Along the way, you'll discover how trust, presence and collaboration unlock better decisions and stronger leadership under pressure. Together we'll explore how to respond when: * Plans fall apart and you need to pivot quickly. * The situation changes halfway through. * You're working with unfamiliar people. * Critical information is missing. * The brief is unclear—or completely wrong. * Outcomes don't match intentions. This isn't about acting. It's about learning to become more adaptable, resourceful and confident in situations where certainty simply isn't available. Whether you're a business leader, entrepreneur, consultant, coach or emerging leader, you'll gain practical experience in thinking on your feet while connecting with other professionals who are equally committed to growing their leadership capacity. You'll leave with: * Greater confidence navigating uncertainty. * Improved adaptability and creative problem-solving. * Stronger collaboration and communication skills. * A deeper appreciation that leadership isn't about controlling every outcome—it's about responding skilfully to whatever emerges. The future won't reward those who cling to the script. It will reward those who can create the next chapter together. 🎟️This is a ticketed event. Register and reserve your spot at: [https://www.trybooking.com/events/landing/1607372](https://www.trybooking.com/events/landing/1607372) Ticket includes snacks, a healthy plant-based meal and drinks. **Hosted by:** Utopia Rising delivers unconventional social experiences for self-improvement seekers looking to broaden their network or simply be inspired by life again. It’s a party reimagined - alcohol-free, featuring healthy plant-based food. [www.utopiarising.com.au](https://www.utopiarising.com.au)
