Seller Growth Summit Cocktail Hour

Seller Growth Summit Cocktail Hour

Thu, Jul 16, 9:00 PM
From AMZ NYC Amazon Seller Meetup
4.5

Heading to the Seller Growth Summit on July 16th? Since Amazon has never hosted a compact, one-day conference like this in New York before, itโ€™s going to be great to see what is different from the massive Accelerate event in Seattle. With attendance capped at just 500 sellers, it's a rare chance for a tight, deep dive into their advancing tools and scaling frameworks, right here on the East Coast. Amazon is introducing a 3-part Seller Cafรฉ to handle Account Health, Support, and Ads. But, if your 30-minute window leaves you with vague answers, canned responses, or unresolved enforcement headaches, bring those exact issues over to us. Weโ€™ll dissect what Amazon missed and talk through a real game plan over a cold drink. Have one on us! Talk shop, and explore whatever isn't covered at the summit. **Details** Date: Thursday, July 16th Time: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM EST Location: Connolly's Pub & Restaurant Address: 121 W 45th St, New York, NY 10036 Whatsapp: 6173198767 If you are one of the sellers heading to the New York Marriott Marquis to get face-to-face with Amazon's inner circle, don't let the conversations stop when the show ends. When the day wraps up at 5pm, take a quick 3-minute walk over to Connolly's Pub & Restaurant and join ecommerceChris & Payability for a laid-back happy hour! Our Tacos & Beer Happy Hour event in Vegas was such a massive hit, we decided to bring that same energy to the East Coast! **Why Join Us?** With Prime Day fresh in everyone's minds and Q4 on the horizon, itโ€™s the perfect time to grab a beer, swap survival stories, and talk strategy with fellow brand owners, agency heads, and consultants who are actively figuring it out in the trenches. **Who is This For?** Amazon brand owners, sellers, agency leaders, and marketplace consultants looking for real conversations, strategic advice and a drink on our tab. Secure your tickets here: https://luma.com/3bjv389f Any questions? Please reach out to us on Whatsapp at 617-319-8767. **Sponsors:** **Payability** empowers Amazon sellers to grow their businesses faster by paying them everyday for their Amazon sales. Sellers who use Payability always have cash-on-hand to reinvest in their business and take advantage of time-sensitive opportunities. **ecommerceChris** has been working to help Amazon Sellers reinstate their accounts and ASINs on Amazon since 2014. Their team are experts in the inner workings of Amazon. They've worked inside the Company, in Seller Performance and Executive Seller relations, assessing appeals from sellers and deciding whether to reinstate their accounts or not.

SDNNYC Goes to the Met: A Service Safari Experience

SDNNYC Goes to the Met: A Service Safari Experience

Sat, Jul 18, 3:00 PM
From SDN New York Chapter (NYC Service Design Collective)
4.8

**Saturday, July 18th, 11:00AM-3:00 PM EDT** **SDN Goes to the Met: A Service Safari Experience** **Event Description** One of the great tools that Service Designers have in their toolset is the service safari, an exercise where a project team goes out into the wild and acts as customers to experience a product, service, or environment firsthand. The exercise helps you build deep empathy, uncover real-world pain points, and reveal gaps in your customer journey that traditional surveys or interviews might miss. On Saturday, July 18th we invite you to join us as we take a service safari to one of the crown jewels of New York City: The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Attendees will break into groups and get an opportunity to practice this research technique firsthand within the museum itself. At the end of the day we will share our findings and gather for food and drink. **About Our Guide** **Peter March** Peter is a UX and experience design leader with 15+ years shaping products for Fortune 500 brands. His design practice spans across digital and real world touchpoints, bringing UX rigor to environments like events, exhibits, and retail. He formally served as a local leader of the Interaction Design Association, and is part of the TAILORU Stitch Collective, where he helps professionals integrate AI into human centered workflows. **Agenda** * 11am - 11:30 am Introductions and activity outline * 11:30 am - 1:00 pm Field research: Exploring in teams * 1:00 - 2:15 pm Lunch; team synthesis & debrief * 2:15 - 3pm Findings share back with the full group **Address** The Metropolitan Museum of Art 1000 Fifth Avenue New York, NY 10028 **After-Party**: Dylan Murphy's 1453 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10028 First drink is on SDNNYC! **Financial Transparency & Scholarships** As a non-profit, we do our best to strike a balance between making our events available to all and ensuring we keep the lights on. For this event, we are charging $10. * If this amount is prohibitive for you to attend this event, please message [Barry](https://www.meetup.com/sdnnyc/members/267573171/) on Meetup and weโ€™ll provide you a scholarship to this event. You can also email us at sdn.newyorkchapter@gmail.com as we may miss messages on this platform. * If youโ€™d like to provide scholarships, please message [Barry](https://www.meetup.com/sdnnyc/members/267573171/) on Meetup and he will follow up with you. This is our monthly meeting. We'll discuss activities for the previous month, and we'll plan for the next month. People of all technical skill levels are welcome. Thanks to Lynq Systems, we'll be meeting at the WeWork at 700 Seventh Avenue, in midtown Manhattan.
