There's no fixed format, we just meet with like-minded individuals to discuss investing strategies and stock picks, at a bar or cafe. All levels of experience welcome. Second Friday of the month. This night is for people who feel that fear and want to build the courage to act before they have all the answers. **Volunteers get 1-4 minutes to talk on wacky topics:** * Pitching a slide deck they have never seen before * Taking questions from the audience on a topic they know nothing about * Being handed a random object from the office and explaining your "revoulutionary discovery" * Explaining a graph that has no numbers or legend * *More "fun" and chaotic games to come...* **Spectators get front row seats to:** * Brave attempts and clever recoveries * Watch brilliance appear under pressure * The exact moment someone realises they are more capable than they thought * And...comedy gold! 🎲 **How the night works** Some people will step up. Some people will sit back and enjoy the show. Both are welcome. You don’t have to participate but most people end up tempted as the night goes on. We’ll rotate through a variety of short games across the evening. Trivia at the Co-Conspirators Brewpub - $20 deposit required

We liked it so much we decided to give it another try. Co-Conspirators is a small independent brewery and it's always great when we can support our local community. Come down for food, drinks and trivia. Don't think you know much trivia? You don't need all the answers, only a few. Join one of our tables for a fun night with old friends or new. A stress free relaxed night with some locals. There's trivia, food and a few drinks if that's your thing. We don't bite. A $20 deposit is required for this event and will be refunded on the night once you arrive. This is to cut down on no shows. The deposit is only refundable if you show up on the night, otherwise it will go toward Meetup fees. This week we're out of area in Richmond at one of my personal favourites. Who's up for Japanese food? With their low priced menu and perpetual happy hour specials, not to mention perfectly cooked gyoza, yakitori chicken and fried chicken, you'll love what they have to offer. The dishes are smaller, but cheap enough that you can select more than one option and roughly pay the same price as a full meal elsewhere. They also have a full menu of sake so leave the car at home if that's your thing. Why not jump on board and I'll see you there. I understand there are instances where this is unavoidable, but you are short changing the venue on the revenue they are reliant upon, especially when it comes to paying their staff.
