Keen to check this out... Was looking at escape rooms then this came up... It's different anyway, if nothing else 😂 And you can drink or not. I have no idea what the 'challenges' are btw. Maybe finding the exit door. Could possibly have a coffee It's $30 if we go at this time. $46 if on a Friday night. I'm strongly averse to paying an extra $16 but I am guessing some people would want to. People can book their own tickets. [Hijinx hotel booking link](https://booking.hijinxhotel.com.au/select-time) \#\# Calling all curious cats Round up your crew, check in at reception and immerse yourself in the interactive, quirky wonder that is Hijinx Hotel. Thirsty? Have a drink in the lobby or sip cocktails at the bar. We've got all your classics plus some Hijinx specialities with a unicorn twist. Leave the suitcases at home – it's time to play, not stay.

Casual Kite Flying at Rosanna Parklands

Casual Kite Flying at Rosanna Parklands

Sat, Jul 4, 12:00 AM
From Low-Noise Conversation Group Melbourne

On Saturday the 4th of July, William will be hosting a Casual Kite Flying Event. The event will be held at Rosanna Parklands (near Rosanna Train Station), at the open-space bushland opposite the Caltex Service Station, and will run between 10:00am and 12:00pm. This is an event for adults aged 18 and older. All 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s+ welcome It will be a very casual event. We can take turns flying kites and watching the kites, and chatting. No kite flying experience needed. Feel free to bring your own kite, or you can borrow one of William's kites. (I have 2x $10 ones from Rebel sport) Please wear runners or comfortable shoes, as running may be required to get the kites airborne. We will run the event safely. For safety reasons it is important not to fly a kite near power lines. We just have to be careful not to fly the kites anywhere near the power lines near the train line, which is parallel to the parkland and separated by a wire fence. Sometimes the kites can get stuck in trees, this is not so dangerous, but it can be saddening. :( Please help us to ensure the event is safe for all. Rosanna Parklands has lots of open space. Feel free to bring your own snacks. (No alcohol permitted please) Please feel free to contact me with any questions. :)
