Markham Meditation Meetup Group

The location is 3075 14th Avenue, unit 224, Markham. Each session is about 45–60 minutes and includes a short check-in, a guided meditation, and optional time for reflection or questions at the end. No experience is needed, just come as you are. We provide water and meditation cushions, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please wear comfortable clothing so you can sit and relax with ease. Chairs are also available if you’d rather not sit on the floor. We meet on the **second floor**, the office door is directly in front of the elevators. The entrance to the building is below the blue Calm Nexus sign. Please plan to arrive a bit early, as **doors will be locked at 6:00 pm** so we can begin on time and settle in peacefully. This group is open to anyone **age 16 and up**, and you’re welcome to bring a guest if you'd like. There is **no fee** to attend and **donations of any kind are not accepted**, your presence is truly enough. Looking forward to seeing you there.

# 🌊 Hamilton Waterfront & Cootes Paradise Trail Adventure Join us for a day outside Toronto as we head to Hamilton to explore the waterfront and the beautiful trails of Cootes Paradise. We'll begin along the Hamilton waterfront before making our way into Cootes Paradise, where we'll trade city streets for wooded paths, natural scenery, and a little bit of adventure. There are some hills and sections of uneven trail, so come prepared to walk — but that's part of what makes this such a great day out. This is a social adventure, not a formal tour. We're here to explore somewhere different, get some exercise, enjoy the scenery, and most importantly, spend time together. It was build in 1891 and has been lovingly and carefully restored. It offers a great selection of brunch options from eggs benedict to sandwiches to sweet dishes too. Join us for an evening of French conversation at B Espresso Bar in the atrium of the Toronto Royal Conservatory of Music (near St. George station)!
We welcome all levels of French, and it's free\*.
Venez pratiquer votre français! \*While there is no fee to attend this event, guests are expected to purchase something from B Espresso Bar, in accordance with RCM's restrictions on usage of the cafe atrium space. **Building location:** The Royal Conservatory is at 273 Bloor St W, between Varsity Stadium and the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM). There are entrances off Bloor St. and Philosopher's Walk. If you enter from Bloor St through the large glass doors, follow the hallway on the left beside the staircase and turn left at the end. (Closest TTC: St. George) **Notes and restrictions:** The host may or may not attend this event. Attendees are encouraged to seat themselves at two or more adjacent tables, as needed. Please form groups of 6 people at each table; do not rearrange chairs and tables to accommodate more people, as this obstructs the narrow walking space. Sunday Nature Leisure Walk in Port Credit (Walk, Talk and Flock)

Hello everyone, **\*\*Kindly Read Carefully\*\*** Please join me and my other groups for a great **Sunday in** **Port Credit.** If you have never been; it's a great place to enjoy the sun, the water, the trees, the flowers, grab a coffee, ice cream, go for a leisure walk by the lake and then enjoy a tasty meal. Port Credit is also known for it's live music and dancing too (Event is both indoor and outdoor) I'm going to show us all around Port Credit, play a couple new ice breaker games and then head to a fun restaurant in the main strip of town with a great dinner menu following the walk. \*The walking portion will be roughly 2 hours with some stops along the way; then we will head for dinner and more mingling. This will be a fun day and evening gang! We will meet at **Star Bucks (111 Lake Shore Rd. West) in Port Credit** where you are welcome to grab a beverage or pastry if you like.
