Through photography and meditative hiking, we’ll practice active observation of the landscape to connect with the surroundings and yourself, while unplugging from your daily routine. 🥾 I’ll guide you on improving your hiking skills and gear so you can take better care of your body and tackle increasingly challenging routes. 🧘‍♀️ The goal is connecting with nature, not racking up kilometers. We’ll observe 20 minutes of silence during the hike.
