Join us for one week diving adventure in New Caledonia. Itinerary: Sunday 19th July - morning flight to Noumea, mid day arrival, check in accommodation. Get organised for following days of scuba diving. Monday - Friday - morning double dives (boat dives), afternoon free time, exploring the town and island, beach snorkeling, kayaking. Saturday - possible another morning dives. Come play pickleball at Pennant Hills Park! No first time beginners please. Those new to the game should book into the beginners session through meetup. **What to expect:** 12 outdoor courts 3 levels of play Advanced Intermediate Social Please self-assess your level and join the most suitable queue. Players are welcome to challenge themselves, however, if you are consistently unable to keep up with the level of play, please move down a level or join social play to help keep games fun and balanced for everyone. After each game, come off the court and place your paddle back into the appropriate rack. There are two racks per level - please split your paddles with your partner in the rack to help mix players and keep games social and balanced (though you are welcome to stay together if preferred). Once a rack has 4 paddles waiting, those 4 players may take the next available court. Ages 16 + **What to bring:** Comfortable sportswear and non-marking shoes Water bottle A pickleball paddle if you have (we have extras if you don't) **Where to find us:** Netball courts 3, 4 and 5 inside Pennant Hills Park **Cost:** $12 Payable by Pay ID, Tap and Go (1.6% transaction fee) or Cash. **How to join:** Please RSVP to reserve your spot. This is a gentle, guided painting experience designed to support emotional release, relaxation, and creative flow—no art experience needed. You don’t need to be “good at art.” You just need to come as you are. Through intuitive painting and reflective creative exercises, you’ll be invited to explore your inner world in a safe and supportive environment. This is a space to let go of pressure, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your natural creativity. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, creatively blocked, or simply needing time to rest and reset, this workshop offers a pause from everyday life and a return to yourself. You’ll be gently guided by **Louisa Chan**, an artist and art therapist who integrates creativity, emotional wellbeing, and healing practices into her work.
