At SemiReal, we believe the future of storytelling looks and feels like film — but plays like a game. We welcome all Filmmakers, Game Devs, and anyone interested in interactive storytelling and media innovation. **WHAT WE DO:** 1. ***Showcase:*** Anyone is invited to give a \~5 min demo of the gamified/interactive projects they're working on. 2. ***SemiReal updates and tutorial:*** Mini workshop where we show how the SemiReal engine works, new features, and Q&A. 3. **Brainstorming sesh:** We reveal the theme of the week, and all together brainstorm ideas for a gamified film/story/game that can be made in a week. 4. ***Networking and Hands-On:*** Everyone is invited to form groups, work on their interactive projects (writing, filming, gamification...) or just hang out. Eager to meet other creative people in your corner of Sydney? Or just looking for a welcoming space to relax and make something with your hands? Our community Craft-ernoon is for you. Think of it as a creative hub for everyone—from kids discovering the joy of glitter glue to seniors sharing a lifetime of skills. It’s a relaxed, unstructured afternoon to connect with neighbours of all ages. **What to bring:** * **Your current project:** Whether it’s crochet, sketching, or scrapbooking, bring it along! * **Just yourself!** If you don’t have a project, don't worry. We’d love your help knitting or sewing a "Trauma Teddy" to comfort someone in need. Southern Suburbs Epic! Wolli Creek - Mortdale via Everywhere! 20KM

**Southern Suburbs Epic! Wolli Creek - Mortdale via Everywhere! 20KM Medium/Hard** This is a fantastic mixed bush/urban walk which has so many elements of interest that I can only summarise the main points. We meet at **Wolli Creek Station exit by no later than 9:30AM** and head off through **Turrella** to find **Bardwell Creek** and follow through to **Bexley Park**. Its backstreets to **Hurstville Westfield,** where we stop to use the **bathrooms and grab a coffee**, at 8KM in. From Hurstville it's off to **Hurstville Grove**, Bell Park and **Quarry Reserve** to join the **Poulton Creek Trail** through to **Connells Bay** and Moore Park which we exit for the lovely village of **Oatley**, where we stop for lunch. Many **great food options at Oatley**, or members can enjoy your own food in the village green with its clean bathrooms! After lunch, we thread through bush trails, backstreets, lanes and parks to access the **amazing Oatley Reserve** with its **Castle** (yep!), and the picturesque **Jew Fish Bay Baths**. From here it's a true bush walk around to **Lime Kiln Bay**. We exit the bush at **Hurstville Golf Club** and use local roads and parks to get to **Mortdale Station**, and Mortdale Hotel for a tasty beer or other refreshment. **What to Bring:** Snacks and lunch, hat, sunscreen, plenty of water. **Water refill available at Oatley.** Members can purchase lunch at Oatley. 50km in 2 Days… Sydney Harbour Spectacular. DAY 2

“50 KMs in 2 Days” is a stunning walk around Sydney Harbour. All days are accessed from Circular Quay Day 1 Watsons Bay to Hayes Day 2 Hayes to Manly Day 2 Celebration Waterfront bar. Come for one day, come for all… It’s going to be spectacular. Each Day is approximately 17.5 km some more,some maybe less. DAY TWO 9:30 am start no ferry we walk for here. 9.45 Bring water and snacks. We willl be sitting down some where for a lunch each Day Gratuity $10 Your safety is our priority but ultimately your responsibility. This event will is part of 50km in 3 days and then our EPIC annual 50km in 1 Day in September.
