From Connect & Flow: Interactive Yoga

A playful, beginner-friendly yoga experience designed to help you connect more deeply—with yourself and others. Come solo or with friends. You’ll be guided through a gentle, interactive yoga flow in rotating pairs, with simple, consent-led connection practices woven throughout. It’s grounding, social, and genuinely fun—without any pressure to perform or “be good at yoga.” This is not your typical yoga class! It sits at the intersection of movement, mindfulness, and real human connection. Grab your tickets [here](https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/interactive-yoga-for-connection-tickets-1990829074353)! **What to expect** - Beginner-friendly yoga flow - Pair-based (rotating) connection - Consent-led, optional platonic touch - Breathwork + nervous system regulation - Warm, inclusive community vibe **Who it’s for** Anyone craving connection, community, or a different kind of yoga experience. No experience needed. All genders and identities welcome. **Hosted by** Roxy Alcorn, yoga teacher and facilitator with 10+ years’ experience creating playful, somatic, connection-based spaces. **About the space** Hosted at Studio Take Care—a queer-affirming, inclusive space designed for comfort, expression, and community. Keen to check this out... Was looking at escape rooms then this came up... It's different anyway, if nothing else 😂 And you can drink or not. I have no idea what the 'challenges' are btw. Maybe finding the exit door. Could possibly have a coffee It's $30 if we go at this time. $46 if on a Friday night. I'm strongly averse to paying an extra $16 but I am guessing some people would want to. People can book their own tickets. [Hijinx hotel booking link](https://booking.hijinxhotel.com.au/select-time) \#\# Calling all curious cats Round up your crew, check in at reception and immerse yourself in the interactive, quirky wonder that is Hijinx Hotel. Thirsty? Have a drink in the lobby or sip cocktails at the bar. We've got all your classics plus some Hijinx specialities with a unicorn twist. Leave the suitcases at home – it's time to play, not stay.
