🌈 Tuesday Gay Calisthenics Training

Join us for an outdoor calisthenics session every Tuesday! This is **not a coached class**—it's a self-training meetup where we motivate each other, exchange tips, and enjoy working out together. Whether you're practicing pull-ups, dips, handstands, front lever, planche, or just building strength, you're welcome to join. We normally would have a finisher together in the end of the session to challenge yourself. 💪 **Who can join?** * Gay & bi men who enjoy calisthenics or bodyweight training * Beginners to advanced athletes * Anyone with a positive and respectful attitude 📅 **Schedule** * Every Tuesday * Start: Around **6:00 PM** * Duration: Approximately **1 hour** Feel free to arrive a little later or leave earlier if needed. After training, anyone interested is welcome to grab a coffee, dinner, or a drink nearby. Bring comfortable workout clothes, water, and a great attitude. Welcome to the **Silent Reading Club** – a cosy gathering for book lovers who enjoy the simple pleasure of reading together in good company. Bring any book you're excited about (or finally meaning to finish!) and spend a peaceful Sunday morning surrounded by fellow readers. **Everyone is welcome, and every book belongs here.** *(Please RSVP "Yes" only if you can attend, so we can save a seat for you and offer any remaining spots to readers on the waitlist.)* 📍 **Where:** Café (1st floor), Bode Museum There's no entrance fee. We simply ask that you support our wonderful host by ordering at least one drink or snack from the café, and please don't bring outside food or drinks. No assigned books.
