From Pasadena Jaycees
4.9

The Pasadena Jaycees are excited to kick off the 2026 Operation Gobbler Committee! Join us on September 14 at 6:30 PM to learn how you can get involved in one of our most meaningful community service projects of the year. For more than 30 years, the Pasadena Jaycees have partnered with the Friends in Deed Food Bank to help local families enjoy a Thanksgiving meal. Each year, volunteers come together to collect, sort, and distribute turkeys and Thanksgiving meal ingredients to more than 400 families in the Pasadena area. We're looking for an all-star team of young professionals to help bring this year's event to life. Whether you're interested in event planning, marketing, networking, community service, or simply want to meet other motivated people in their 20s and 30s, there's a place for you on the committee. Come to the September 14 meeting to learn more, meet the team, and find out how you can make an impact. Not a Jaycees member yet? No problem! Non-members are always welcome to attend and get a feel for who we are and what we do before deciding whether membership is right for them. We're happy to answer your questions and help you find a way to get involved. 📅 Committee Kickoff: September 14 at 6:30 PM 🦃 Operation Gobbler: November 22 You don't need to be available on November 22 to join the committee. We understand the holidays can be busy, and there are plenty of ways to contribute before event day. That said, being part of the event itself is an incredibly rewarding experience! Most committee meetings will be held in person. If you'd prefer to join virtually, email [community@pasadenajaycees.org](mailto:community@pasadenajaycees.org) to request the Zoom information. Come meet us, get involved, and help make Thanksgiving a little brighter for more than 400 local families. 🦃❤️

From Pasadena Jaycees
4.9

The Pasadena Jaycees are excited to kick off the 2026 Operation Santa Committee! Join us to learn how you can get involved in one of our most beloved holiday traditions while gaining valuable experience in event planning, marketing, networking, and professional development. Operation Santa has been bringing holiday magic to Pasadena children since 1934. Each year, children send letters to Santa, community members and organizations help provide toys, and hundreds of volunteers come together as Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Elves to deliver thousands of gifts directly to children's homes on Christmas Eve. Last year, Operation Santa brought holiday cheer to more than 2,000 children in our community — and we're excited to make an even bigger impact in 2026! We're looking to build an all-star committee of young professionals in their 20s and 30s to help plan and execute this incredible community service project while building connections and growing our Jaycee membership. Whether you're interested in event planning, marketing, community service, or simply want to meet other motivated young professionals, there's a place for you on the committee. Come learn more about Operation Santa, meet the team, and find out how you can help make the holidays brighter for local families. 🎅🎁 Not a Jaycees member yet? No problem! Non-members are welcome to join us and explore what the Jaycees are all about before deciding whether membership and a committee role are right for you. We're happy to answer your questions and help you find a way to get involved. Most committee meetings will be held in person. If you'd prefer to join virtually, email [community@pasadenajaycees.org](mailto:community@pasadenajaycees.org) to request the Zoom information. Come be part of a Pasadena tradition that's been spreading holiday cheer for more than 90 years — and help us make Christmas magical for more than 2,000 local children! 🎅❤️
