Neurodivergent in the Workplace: Zoom Peer Support

Neurodivergent in the Workplace: Zoom Peer Support

Tue, Aug 11, 11:00 PM
From Neurodivergent Workplace Collective

This is the inaugural meetup event for the Collective. I am thinking about choosing "**Navigating Masking at Work**" as the first discussion topic, since I felt like this is a topic many of us can relate to, but suggestions are welcome! **A few ground rules that keep this space safe:** * Confidentiality - what's shared here stays here * You choose whether you want to be heard, or hear what's worked for others * No unsolicited advice or problem-solving * It's okay to just listen — no pressure to share * This is peer support, not therapy or legal advice **What to expect:** * New members welcome anytime — no need to have attended before * You don't have to be currently working to be part of the group, because this group is about belonging and sharing experiences * Sessions run 75-90 minutes over Zoom, every other week (will send you the link individually) * A short opening check-in and intros, a topic prompt, open sharing, and a closing round * Kept intentionally small to keep the space intimate
