Are you interested in personal growth, wellbeing, and living more intentionally? Join us for an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)-based workshop facilitated by a trained counsellor. Together, we'll explore how to identify your core values, use them to guide everyday decisions, and build a clearer picture of the person you'd like to become. This workshop is designed to be practical, reflective, and welcoming to people at all stages of their journey. Whether you're feeling a little stuck, looking for greater direction, or simply curious about ACT, we'd love to have you join us. Once a month Steph hosts our Southern socials. It is a great opportunity to meet others. Our emphasis is on fun whilst helping and supporting each other. The socials include drinks and chats, casual coffees, dinners and other activities suggested by members from time to time. Our socials are informal and open to all. We pay for own food and drinks individually and there is no charge for the organisation of the events. We hope to see you!

We will meet at the starting point. Then walk towards Docklands to one of the popular coffee places. We will stop for a coffee and finish off at the Southern Cross Station. Dress for outdoor walk.
