We will work on our core and legs most of the time, but if you feel the need for strengthening or stretching another part of the body, the teacher is open to work with any suggestions. Whatever your body needs this day! The teacher's name is Aliz, she has certification for teaching *Progressing Ballet Technique*, and did a course in *Reiki massage*. Next to that she is a professional dancer. With all of this, she knows the body from inside out, and she is always ready to help you find the correct excersizes for your body. **English or Spanish, she teaches in whatever is the preference.** **Español** ***Todos los niveles son bienvenidos, ¡solo trae tu propia esterilla!*** Cada lunes y miércoles empezamos el día con **fuerza y bien estirados** con esta clase de Pilates. No es necessari tenir experiència prèvia per atendre les nostres sessions, només **ganes d'explorar el teu costat més creatiu!** Organitzem sessions de Drink and Draw a Barcelona des de fa més de 12 anys i tenim la comunitat d'artistes més gran de la ciutat. Vina a dibuixar amb nosaltres i coneix artistes locals, artistes expats i de tant en quant algún turista de pas.
