Anything but Round: Altered Wheel-Thorwn Forms

Anything but Round: Altered Wheel-Thorwn Forms

Wed, Jun 24, 10:00 PM
From JCC Manhattan Art Studios

Step beyond the circle in this playful, process-driven ceramic workshop focused on transforming wheel-thrown pieces into unexpected forms. Students will begin by throwing on the wheel, then learn how to cut, stretch and paddle to reshape them into forms that are delightfully anything but round. Students must have basic wheel experience. Firings and/or open studio time is not included in this workshop. Instructor: Nick Park Register here --> https://operations.daxko.com/programs/redirector.aspx?cid=5384&pid=28088&sid=491923
