The ride is designed to be done in approx 2.5 hours for fitter riders and sees us ride as a group before either heat or traffic are a factor. We'll ride together as a group, either single-file or double-file depending on traffic conditions. Whilst we will wait at the top of climbs and other easier areas, this is not a beginner ride. Please be prepared to be dropped if you can't keep up with the pace. **Is This Ride for Me?** While this ride is open to everyone, we ask that you are comfortable riding in groups, have a road bike, and have done rides of similar distance and elevation before. 🚴‍♂️ We Are Cycling to El Prat Because Apparently We Like Fresh Air

**THIS SUNDAY: BARCELONA → EL PRAT BY BICYCLE 🚴‍♀️🌊** Quick reminder that this Sunday we're voluntarily getting on bicycles and riding all the way to **El Prat**. Yes. On purpose. Nobody lost a bet. Meanwhile, millions of people will spend their Saturday changing position from the sofa to the bed and calling it a productive day. Our plan is slightly different. ☀️ Fresh air. 🌊 Beautiful views. 😂 Lots of laughs. 🍦 A nice stop in El Prat to eat, drink, relax, and pretend we've just completed the Tour de France. Spoiler: We haven't. This is not a race. Nobody gets a trophy. The only prize is having an awesome day and returning home with stories that don't start with: *"I watched three seasons of a series."* Someone always says: *"I haven't been on a bike in ages."* Three hours later: *"This is amazing! When's the next one?"* Someone else always says: *"I don't think I can do it."* Then somehow they're overtaking everyone on the flat sections. Science still can't explain it. And there is always one person checking Google Maps every ten minutes. Relax. El Prat has not moved. It's still next to the sea. A unique Mediterranean landscape where the deep blue sea, wild rock formations and the light of Cadaqués create an atmosphere impossible to forget. We’ll follow a beautiful 12 km route with 290 m of elevation gain along coastal paths, crystal-clear coves and spectacular sea views.
