The Jamaica Bay Greenway Loop is a scenic, mostly flat 22 mile multi-use recreational path that encircles Jamaica Bay through parts of Brooklyn and Queens. Terrain is predominately flat paved paths, greenways, and boardwalks with minimal elevation change. Difficulty is moderate due to length, though physically accessible for most regular riders. Landmarks include Floyd Bennett Field, Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge, Rockaway Beach Boardwalk, Jacob Riis Park, and Shirley Chisholm State Park. An RSVP on Meetup will NOT reserve your place with Miramar Ski Club.
