This year’s Ten Finalists will screen across the world during a one-week period. Finalists are selected from hundreds of films submitted from across the globe with the winner determined by ballots cast by the audiences in each participating venue. Winning films will be announced after the festival and I’ll send an announcement to the group! All of this year’s finalists will be eligible in the Short Film categories at the 2026 Academy Awards. Oscar Season Kickoff: DIGGER at the Drexel Theatre!

Join us for an Oscar Watch film as we get together to see the satirical-dark-comedy, DIGGER! The film is written/directed by Alejandro G. Iñárritu and stars Tom Cruise as the world’s most powerful man as he tries to save the world from the disaster he created. Our monthly meeting will be Sunday Sept 20th 1-4 PM This will be held at 4049 Garrett W Dr, Columbus, 43214 This is off of Olentangy River Rd, north of Riverside Hospital. This is the home of one of our members. Everyone is welcome - beginner to expert. This is a casual folding session. People will teach a few models.
