**✨ Come along to the first She Sees Art meetup! ✨** **Please note: She Sees Art is a women-only group and event** We'll start with coffee and a relaxed chat before heading to the **Art Gallery of NSW** to explore **And Still I Rise**, an exhibition featuring the work of 20 culturally diverse women artists based in Australia. 🎨 **ART FOCUS** Contemporary art · Women artists · Mixed media 📍 **10:00am** Takeaway Eatery, The Terrace on the Domain — Coffee and conversation 🎨 **10:30am** Walk over to the Art Gallery of NSW and explore the exhibition **Can't make the coffee? Some Saturdays are best spent wandering. **Our Journey** This time, we'll explore **Paddington**—one of Sydney's most vibrant gallery precincts—where contemporary painting, sculpture and photography unfold behind heritage terraces and leafy streets. We'll discover inspiring exhibitions, share different perspectives, linger over lunch, and enjoy the simple pleasure of art in good company. **11:00 am – Meet the Group** **Venue: Café Lautrec:** 452 Oxford Street, Paddington Join us for coffee, introductions and a brief overview of the day's gallery trail before we begin exploring Paddington's vibrant arts precinct. **11:20 am – 11:40 am** **John Olsen Gallery** Our first stop celebrates the artistic legacy of John Olsen while presenting a thoughtfully curated selection of contemporary Australian art. **11:45 am – 12:00 pm** **Justin Miller Art** Explore a contemporary gallery showcasing a diverse collection of Australian artists, with an emphasis on accessible and engaging works. **12:05 pm – 12:20 pm** **Miller Gallery** Discover exhibitions featuring both established and emerging Australian artists working across a range of contemporary media. **12:25 pm – 12:45 pm** **Martin Browne Contemporary** One of Australia's longest-established contemporary galleries, representing leading painters, photographers and sculptors. **12:50 pm – 1:00 pm** **Australian Galleries** Founded in 1956, Australian Galleries is one of the country's most respected commercial galleries, representing many of Australia's most influential contemporary artists. **1:00 pm – 2:00 pm** **Lunch** **Venue: Paddington Royal Hotel** Enjoy a relaxed lunch while sharing impressions from the morning's exhibitions and getting to know fellow members. **2:15 pm – 2:50 pm** **Oxley9 Gallery** Our final gallery visit features a thoughtfully curated program of contemporary Australian painting, photography and mixed-media practice, providing a fitting conclusion to our afternoon. **3:00 pm** **Event Concludes** **Curator's Preview** Before we meet, you're welcome to explore the galleries' current exhibitions online. **Sculpture by the Sea—--where art meets the ocean.** Each year, the iconic Bondi to Tamarama coastal trail is transformed by remarkable sculptures, created by talented Australian and international artists. Together, let's immerse ourselves in one of Australia's most celebrated outdoor art exhibitions, framed by breathtaking ocean views and fresh sea air. Let's wander, wonder, linger a little longer, and perhaps, discover that every sculpture has its own story to tell. **Our Journey** **10:00 am – CCC \| Crew Coffee Connect** **Venue:** Icebergs Dining Room & Bar Café Meet fellow AAA Art Lovers before we begin our coastal art walk. **11:00 am – Sculpture by the Sea** Take our time, photograph our favourites, and be inspired by the creativity and imagination behind each sculpture. **2:00 pm – Foodies & Arties Delight** **Venue:** Icebergs Dining Room & Bar Café or POMPEI'S *(recommendations are always welcome)* **3:00 pm – Continue Exploring** Revisit our favourite sculptures, wander at our own pace, or simply sit by the ocean and reflect on how fortunate we are **4:30 pm** Event concludes. **Getting There** Bondi Beach is easily accessible by public transport. Headlands, Mosman — Another Hidden Gem

Alive yet remote, prestigious yet humble, dynamic yet quietly focused---HEADLANDS--- a place where the ocean meets art, where creativity breathes freely, and where purity and tranquillity exist side by side. Add the charm of a little French café, and somehow, it all comes together. I've been searching for the right date for this one, and finally--- here it is. And I've decided to break my own rule and run two events this time — Saturday and Sunday. Perhaps it's a small indulgence I'm willing to allow myself, a small sacrifice for the love of art, and for the joy of sharing these hidden corners with our art lovers. Some places are simply too beautiful to let slip away. And perhaps my heart is a little too tender when it comes to art. So here we are. This time, I won't reveal too much. Some things are better discovered than described. Let the artists speak to us through their work. Let us wander from studio to studio, discover what lies behind each door, pause for a coffee and a conversation, and eventually, make our way along the coastline ---the ocean beside us, and perhaps, a little more space made in our minds. Come, with curiosity. My friends. **Our itinerary :** **11:45 am – Meet at Frenchy’s Café** One of the iconic little cafés here. We'll collect our Art Trail maps and enjoy coffee together **12:15 pm – Begin the Art Trail** Starting with Studio 1, then Studio 2, 3… and wherever our curiosity takes us. **2:30–3:30 pm – Afternoon Tea at Frenchy’s** A little pause, a little conversation, and perhaps a little reflection on what we have discovered. **3:30–4:45 pm – Sculptures & Coastal Walk** Wander among the sculptures before taking a short stroll along the coastline. **Dress code** Coastal casual with comfortable walking shoes. A hat, sunscreen, sunglasses and a light jacket are recommended.
