East LA Ecstatic Dance
Sun, Sep 13, 8:00 PMTickets available on a sliding scale at https://luma.com/0lmyycfd Ecstatic dance is a free-form, guided movement practice where there's no choreography, no steps to learn, and no wrong way to move — just you and the music, letting your body express whatever is alive in the moment. As a curated flow of sound moves you, it becomes meditation in motion: a way to release tension that words can't reach, feel into your emotions rather than think about them, and reconnect with the pure, uncomplicated joy of simply moving. Because there's no performance and no fixed outcome, each session is deeply personal, yet the shared container makes it powerfully collective — a safe, judgment-free space where you can be playful, expressive, and unpolished, and walk away feeling a little more like yourself than when you arrived.

Spicy Dogs Club - Led by Tully's Trainers (East Hollywood)
Sun, Sep 13, 8:00 PM**🌶️🌶️🐾 Spicy Dogs Club – Real World Training Group** Led weekly by Shakinah from Tully’s Training Life doesn’t happen in a training class—it happens out in the world. This small group is designed to give reactive (“spicy”) dogs and their humans the chance to practice skills together in real-life settings, like moving through a busy market or park. You’ll get hands-on coaching, structured exercises, and the support of a community that understands. This location is **MEDIUM/HOT!** 🌶 🌶 Best for spicy dogs ready to level up their training around real-world distractions — think busy walkways, other leashed dogs, loud sounds, kids on the move, with some open spaces. This class is unique for our spicy clubs as we will have a rotating group of our talented Tully's trainers teaching this location. If your dog is working on being comfortable around new people, this class is for you! **Agenda:** * 👋 Welcome & introductions * 🎯 Structured reactivity exercises to build confidence and neutrality * 💬 Q&A + discussion: homework, common challenges, and shared strategies **What to Bring:** * 🐶 Your dog (on a secure, non-retractable leash and flat collar or harness) * 💧 Water for you and your pup * 🍖 A mix of treats (don’t forget some *high-value* ones for tough moments) * 🎒 Treat bag (super handy, but not required) **How to Find Us:** We'll meet at the far corner of the first parking lot you come to, then we will do a structured sniff walk up to a safe open space for training. If you are late or have trouble finding us please text or call Shakinah 406-366-4349 **Additional Info:** * You'll need to purchase one entry 'ticket' per dog. Cost is not per person. * You'll need to be approved by a TT team member before this class. We will reach out to you if needed. **Participant Waiver & Acknowledgment** By joining the **The Spicy Dogs Club**, you acknowledge and agree to the following: * Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. * **Tully’s Training, the Spicy Dogs Club, and any affiliated partners, sponsors, or venues** are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses to you, your dog(s), or your property during the event. * You accept full responsibility for the behavior, safety, and control of your dog(s) at all times. * You confirm your dog is healthy, up to date on vaccinations, and does not pose a threat to other dogs or people. * By attending, you grant **Tully’s Training and the Spicy Dogs Club** permission to use any photos or videos taken during the event for marketing or promotional purposes. * You agree to receive event-related reminder emails and text messages and may be added to Tully’s Training’s mailing list for future updates—you can unsubscribe anytime. **Your participation in the Spicy Dogs Club constitutes your understanding and acceptance of this waiver.**

Board Game Social - Clocktower for Newbs and Pros
Sun, Sep 20, 12:30 AM* 🩸 **Blood on the Clocktower — Saturday Night Games** * **📅 Date:** Saturday, September 19 * **🕖 Time:** 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. * **🧋 Location:** Wushiland Boba – Alhambra * **📍 Address:** 150 E. Main St., Suite 110, Alhambra, CA 91801 * **💲 Cover Fee:** Free * **🪑 Seating:** We will be meeting in the outdoor seating area outside Wushiland Boba. Please bring a camping chair or folding chair if possible. =============================== 🚨 **IMPORTANT SEATING & ARRIVAL INFORMATION** We will be playing in the outdoor seating area outside Wushiland Boba. There is some seating available, but chairs may not be guaranteed for everyone, especially if attendance is high and both games are running at the same time. I strongly recommend bringing a camping chair or folding chair so you have a comfortable place to sit throughout the evening. Please try to arrive a little before 5:30 p.m. so there is enough time to get settled, meet the other players, choose which game you would like to join, and complete the character setup before the games begin. 🚻 Restrooms: Restrooms are available nearby at The Habit Burger Grill if needed. ======================================== Join us for an evening of Blood on the Clocktower, an immersive social deduction game filled with mystery, strategy, conversation, bluffing, deception, and plenty of suspicious behavior. This event will feature two games running in parallel, giving both newer and more experienced players an opportunity to join a table that fits their experience level. Each player receives a secret character and joins either the good team or the evil team. The good team must gather information, compare clues, identify inconsistencies, and determine who the Demon is before it is too late. Meanwhile, the evil team must create confusion, spread misinformation, protect the Demon, and convince the town that someone else is responsible. Unlike many social deduction games, dying does not remove you from the experience. Even after your character dies, you may continue participating in discussions, sharing information, developing theories, and helping your team pursue victory. Dead players also retain one final vote that can become extremely important later in the game. 🌱 **NEW & BEGINNER PLAYERS — TROUBLE BREWING** One table will be dedicated to Trouble Brewing, the introductory Blood on the Clocktower script and one of the best ways to learn the game. This table will be run by a couple of our existing Storytellers and is specifically intended for first-time players, newer players, and anyone who would like a more traditional Clocktower experience. No previous experience is required. Before the game begins, the Storytellers will explain the basic rules, character abilities, nominations, voting, executions, nighttime actions, and the other important mechanics you will need to know. Trouble Brewing uses an approachable collection of characters while still providing plenty of opportunities for deduction, bluffing, misinformation, teamwork, and unexpected twists. If you have never played Blood on the Clocktower before, this is the table I recommend joining. New players should not feel intimidated. This game is specifically being offered so that newer players can learn how Clocktower works in a friendly environment while actually experiencing a full game. 🔥 **EXPERIENCED PLAYERS — BIG CHOICES AND BAD DECISIONS** At the second table, I will be Storytelling Big Choices and Bad Decisions. This game is intended for players who already have some familiarity with Blood on the Clocktower and are comfortable dealing with more unusual characters, interactions, and strategic decisions. As the name suggests, expect difficult choices, uncertain information, calculated risks, and decisions that may have consequences far beyond the person making them. There may be situations where there is no obviously correct choice, and players will sometimes have to make important decisions without having all of the information they would like. One Demon that could potentially appear is the Al-Hadikhia. If the Al-Hadikhia enters play, selected players may be confronted with a very simple question that can have extremely complicated consequences: Do you choose to live, or do you choose to die? That decision may sound straightforward, but in Blood on the Clocktower, choosing to survive is not always the safest option. Sometimes dying may provide important information. Sometimes surviving may create an even larger problem. Sometimes the decision that appears best for you may be disastrous for the rest of the town. And sometimes you may have to make that choice without knowing whether the people around you are telling you the truth. The Al-Hadikhia is only one of the possibilities in Big Choices and Bad Decisions, so the exact characters and threats in play will remain a mystery until the game begins. 🪑 **PLEASE BRING A CHAIR** Because there may be two games running simultaneously, the available outdoor seating may fill up quickly. If you have a camping chair, folding chair, or other portable chair, please bring it with you. There may already be chairs available at the location, but seating cannot be guaranteed for everyone. Bringing your own chair will help make sure you have a comfortable place to sit throughout the game. 🩸 **NEW PLAYERS AND VETERANS ARE BOTH WELCOME** Whether this is your first game or you have already spent countless evenings confidently accusing completely innocent people of being Demons, you are welcome to join us. Come ready to meet new people, exchange information, build theories, bluff convincingly, make accusations, defend yourself, and possibly spend the evening regretting one extremely important decision. With two games running at the same time, there should be something available for both beginners and experienced players. New players are absolutely welcome. Please remember to bring a camping chair or folding chair if possible. See everyone Saturday night! 🩸⏰ **⏰ Attendance Expectations** * Please arrive on time. The rules explanation, character distribution, and game setup will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. * If you are no longer able to attend, please update your RSVP at least 24 hours before the event. * Cancellations made within the 24-hour window, as well as unexcused absences, may result in permanent removal from the group. * In the event of a genuine emergency, please notify the organizers as soon as reasonably possible. * Repeated unexcused absences or repeated last-minute emergency notices may also result in permanent removal. **🤝 Code of Conduct** Please treat every participant with courtesy and respect. Deception, bluffing, suspicion, and accusations are part of the game, but personal attacks, hostile behavior, excessive shouting, bullying, or aggressive accusations directed at another participant are not acceptable. Please remember that this is a game. Whether you win or lose, everyone is expected to help create a welcoming, enjoyable, and respectful experience for both new and returning players. **“Kill with grace, and die with dignity.”**
