Mish Hebrew classes 1a

Sun, May 31, 9:30 PM
From Hebrew classes with Mish Mish, LA

Mish Mish Hebrew classes are back starting April 26. I started organizing Hebrew classes directly with Israeli language instructors because I realized that learning Hebrew would make me feel more connected to Israel and Jewish community These are community-organized, designed to lower the barrier to entry, and built as low-commitment classes so you can actually stick with it. Classes are highly conversational and taught by native Israeli speakers, so you’re learning how people actually speak. This is our 6th session of classes since launching last summer, with multiple levels running and a growing group of returning students. Aleph Bet with Noam Learn to read and write Hebrew, including vowels, block letters, and script Sundays 10–11am PST \| 10 weeks Level 1A (Present Tense) Build conversational Hebrew using present tense Sundays 230–4:00pm PST \| 10 weeks Level 2A (Past Tense) Continue into past tense and expand fluency Sundays 5–6:30pm PST \| 10 weeks Level 3A (Future Tense) Tbd All classes are on Zoom and include recordings if you can’t make a session. Cost is $300 for 10 weeks Feel free to message me with questions or help placing into the right level 917-541-4252 Find us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/mishmish.la?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

From Intercambio Spanish/English Exchange
4.8

This is a conversational meeting for both English speakers and Spanish speakers. We'll be conversing in Spanish half of the time, and English for the other half. All levels welcome! We will meet on the second floor of the Farmers Market. After you park in the open parking lot, look for the OLD GAS STATION STAND (yellow and red). It's not too far from the big clock. Go INTO the market area - behind the gas stand, and immediately turn left. There will be stairs to the second floor on your left. If you get lost, ask someone how you can get to the second floor near the Brazilian food stand. PARKING: The outside parking lot is free for ninety minutes if you get your ticket validated by purchasing anything at the Farmer's Market, including The Coffee Bean and World Market. \*If you park in the building near the market, you can NOT get your ticket validated. And don't park in the Whole Foods' lot because you could get towed. \*Parking is free for 90 minutes. It's $3.00 for the first fifteen minutes after that, plus another $1.00 for every 15 minutes afterwards.
