Refer photos no. 2 & 3. 🌍 Please use Google maps for exact location, not Meetup maps! 🎒Look for a good looking people with walking shoes and backpacks. 😉 🏝️ END POINT: Maroubra Beach - at the bus stop, in front of Maroubra Surf Life Saving Club. 🚌 NOTE: few get-out points along the way that you may leave at any time. 🥾 DISTANCE: 12km - point to point. 🥾 GRADE: Easy/Moderate on a relaxing pace, not snail pace! 💪🏽 Reasonable fitness recommended due to uneven rocky surfaces, ups and downs hills, stair climbs, walking on sandy beaches, paved footpaths and a bit of rocks scramblings. 💪🏽 Tracks expected to be wet, muddy and slippery at few sections. ******************************************* 📸 WHAT TO EXPECT: 🚶‍♂️ This is an iconic must do walk from Bondi Beach to Maroubra Beach along local roads, paved footpaths, boardwalks, rock cliffs, rock pools with insane coastal views passing through beautiful beaches - Tamarama, Bronte, Gordon Bay, Clovelly, Coogee and Maroubra. 🧺 We will have a BYO (cafes could be very busy) lunch break at Coogee Beach with cafes and toilet facilities whilst enjoying the ocean view. 🏖️ After lunch, we will continue our adventure to Maroubra Beach along the coast whilst whales spotting and wild birds along the clifftops. 🍔 You may stay as long as you wish at Maroubra Beach for a drinks or bite to eat. Few cafes and restaurants to choose from. 🚌 Bus to the City, Randwick, Bondi Junction etc. ⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ⚠️ 📝 TERMS & DISCLAIMER: Attending this event is voluntarily at your own risk. Organiser/s accepts no liability of any kind including injuries, accidents, misadventure etc during and after this event. Jeans or cotton t-shirt may not be suitable for this walk. 🥾 Waterproof hiking boots or good grip walking shoes highly recommended. 💦 At least 1.2L of WATER (refills available along the way), Hydralyte or sports energy drinks, 🥪 Snacks and packed LUNCH. ⛑ Basic First Aid kit ie. Get organised for following days of scuba diving. Monday - Friday - morning double dives (boat dives), afternoon free time, exploring the town and island, beach snorkeling, kayaking. Saturday - possible another morning dives.
