The city of Hudson is often referred to as the 'Brooklyn of Upstate NY'. Join us as we visit the town and explore the shops, cafes, boutiques, galleries and breweries there. If there's interest, we can grab an Uber and visit a free, outdoor art installation called the [Art Omi](https://artomi.org/). Our means of transportation will be Amtrak; it's approximately a two hour ride by train. At the time of posting this event, the price is approximately 38 dollars each way. We are catching the **11:20 am** train at Moynihan Station. Returning home, we are catching the **8:03 pm** train. [https://www.amtrak.com/home](https://www.amtrak.com/home) **Please note**: The price of the Amtrak tickets will increase exponentially as the date approaches. So if you are serious about attending, buy your tickets asap! 😉 If you have questions or need to get in contact, my # is 917-769-2168.

Combining smooth tunes with beautiful Hudson River Park evenings, these shows are unlike any other in Manhattan. **This night features Ghanniyya Green.** Known as a singer’s singer and a listener’s delight, Green has performed in jazz clubs throughout the city and across radio, television, film, and theater. Experience what the *American Review of Jazz and Blues* calls “a Diva’s sense of high drama.” Bring a blanket, food/drink. **And please be on time to ensure we can find space together as a group.** **Meeting Location:** PIER 84. Hudson River and 44th St. Look for my orange blanket. More info: https://hudsonriverpark.org/visit/events/event/jazz-at-pier-84-july-15-2026/
