For centuries, Snowdon has captured the imagination of explorers, hikers, photographers, and adventurers. According to Welsh legend, the summit is said to be the resting place of the giant Rhitta Gawr, adding a rich layer of mythology to this spectacular mountain. On a clear day, breathtaking panoramic views stretch across Wales, Ireland, England, and the Irish Sea. 🏔️ Snowdonia National Park is one of Britain's most beautiful wilderness areas, featuring rugged mountains, dramatic ridges, crystal-clear lakes, ancient forests, waterfalls, and some of the most spectacular scenery in the UK. Every year thousands of walkers travel here to experience its natural beauty, but few get the opportunity to explore multiple routes up Snowdon over a single weekend. This Bank Holiday weekend we will be taking on TWO completely different routes up Mount Snowdon, giving participants the opportunity to experience the mountain from two unique perspectives. Each route offers stunning scenery, incredible viewpoints, fantastic photography opportunities, and a genuine sense of achievement. We are heading to Snowdonia for a small-group escape where we will hike, swim, laugh, explore and make memories in one of the most beautiful parts of the UK. Our Base: We’ll be staying in a cosy Airbnb in Llanberis or a similar nearby mountain town (depending on availability) - surrounded by lakes, peaks and adventure on the doorstep. What’s waiting for you: ⛰️Snowdon via the legendary Watkin Path. A truly stunning route with waterfalls, dramatic scenery and one of the most rewarding summit finishes in the UK. This is a lil challenging circular Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) route. Key Stats: * 12.1 miles * 4,389 ft elevation gain * Circular route 🌅Sunrise summit via the Pyg Track Head torches on, early start, and then watch the sky explode with colour from the top of Snowdon. Pure magic. 💦 Wild swims in natural lakes & mountain springs Refreshing dips, hidden gems and crystal-clear water surrounded by nature. **4 days of freedom, movement & connection** **Good people, mountain air, adventure vibes and a full reset from normal life. GOOD VIBES ONLY.** Logistics: No Car? No Problem. Travel easily by public transport, then we’ll use the brilliant Sherpa bus services connecting villages and trailheads across Snowdonia. Additional Costs to Consider: * Food & drinks * Local buses / Sherpa transport during the trip * Personal travel insurance (recommended) * Any personal kit hire or equipment you may need * Optional cafés / treats / extras **Expect around £400–£450 all in from London!** **Once there is enough interest, I will create a WhatsApp group and ask for a deposit to secure accommodation and cover the guiding/organising fee.** **Please note that everyone will be responsible for arranging their own travel and personal logistics. The trip officially begins in Wales, so I won’t be responsible for journeys to and from the destination.** **If participants would like to coordinate group train tickets or travel together, that can be arranged between the group. I will of course recommend the best travel options and share key timings nearer the time.** Spaces will be limited to keep the group small, fun and unforgettable. **Come for the mountains. Stay for the magic. Leave with memories for life.**
